Kumite means to spar or to compete. Most of you would have seen the Bruce Lee film Enter The Dragon. Bruce was invited to China to compete in a Kumite. Pro is short for Professional. All competitors in our Kumite are paid in accordance with how well they progress. Put the two words together gives you Pro Kumite.
Pro Kumite are promoters of MMA and Kickboxing in a cage environment. Within this site you will find dates, venues and fighters that will participate in our events as well as huge savings on products.
We manufacture our own cages to sell and loan out FREE of charge to our affiliate members. You can click on Affiliate to fill the application on line. An affiliate also has access to many savings and benefits.
Pro Kumite manufacture a range of gloves and fightwear that is available through Affiliates or direct from Pro Kumite. You can see the range of goods as they come in as listed on our Products page.
Dedicated grading belts are awarded to Pro Kumite registered fighters whent they fight at our events and reach the relative levels. The belts are Quality fight belts in Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum that are kept for life by the fighter.
Pro Kumite has negotiated the first UK fighter insurance policy that is given FREE of charge to every fighter when they fight our events. The policy covers most risks for a whole year. As well as being insured during the fight the policy covers aspects like training, travelling and much more.
Jigsaw mats and other supplies are available at greatly reduced prices not only to the general public and organisations but at even lower price for affiliates.
Pro Kumite is open to all fighters worldwide to register and be considered for our events. There is no obligation and no contract. A fighter can fight anywhere he chooses. Nothing to loose and all to gain.
