PRO KUMITE PURSE....
All fighters will be paid in accordance with their level as awarded by Pro Kumite regardless of win or lose.
As a fighter wins his/her bout he/she will rise a level thus be paid the higher level purse at his/her next fight. A fighter will only be matched against another opponent in his/her level and weight category.
In some instances it may be that a fighter is matched against a fighter from a different level. If this is the case the level difference will not exceed 2 levels. In this instance he/she will receive the higher level purse and will receive the appropriate seeding to 1 level higher that he/she has fought should he/she win. A loss or draw would result in him/her staying at the level previously seeded at. In such instances the fight would need to be agreed between the promoter and the lower level fighter.
At each win level the winning fighter will be awarded a medal. At the 5th fight of each level the fight will be a title fight and a belt awarded. The winner will then rise to the next category and the purse will rise accordingly. The loser will remain at the same level as will both fighters for a draw. For three consecutive losses the fighter will go down one level.
On registration all fighters will be set at a level in accordance with their fight history. All stated history will be checked before process and any false statements will be deemed as non compliant and disallowed for possibly an indefinite duration.
All fighters will be registered and pictured in our online Hall of Fame. This will be an accessible data library for fans and other promoters. Should the promoters want you to fight in their events it will be on the understanding that you receive at least the purse that is stated in your category. The Hall of Fame will be updated as each fighter rises in level.
Pro Kumite is putting together a European tournament that will invite fighters from Europe to compete. To represent the UK, fighters will be picked from Gold or Platinum levels only. The event will take the true Kumite format of an elimination tournament. The winning purse has yet to be decided. This tournament will award belts to each category to produce European Pro Kumite champions.

All Platinum fighters will be paid a minimum purse of £1,000.00. At this stage it is envisaged that a Platinum fighter could command a much higher purse as he/she would probably already have been selected for the Pro circuit.
At this moment in time fighters are scarce. As the cage fighting becomes more and more popular there will be an abundance of fighters. As with all business activities the scarce can command higher prices. The more popular this sport becomes the less the purse would be. With Pro Kumite your purse will be guaranteed. GRADING:
The grading for Pro Kumite fighter and purse status will be allocated accordingly.
Fighters will be awarded one level for every MMA and or kickboxing fight already won. There will be other aspects taken into consideration such as status, training, fight experience overall, style etc.
All fighters will have the comfort of knowing that all endeavors will be made to ensure they fight as evenly matched as possible. We aim to achieve that the winner of each fight is by way of superior style, fitness, self confidence and ability. It should not be due to uneven matching.
The purse will be paid in accordance with the level allocated.
We reserve the right to allocate all fighters as we see fit and should there be any other circumstances that we feel should change the above parameters we will set the level accordingly. If you feel that once awarded you are not happy with the grade given then you have the right to state the reason or reasons why we should consider altering the given status. We will then make our decision. If we decide that your reason is valid we will change the level. If however we decide against you will have no further recourse.
